YAY!! The time is here, tomorrow, (August 23rd, 2011) we start the VEGAN CHICANO DOCTOR’s “Journey to Health”. I’m so excited! So as I mentioned before, I will be updating the RAW meals I will be creating for the VEGAN CHICANO DOCTOR, so make sure you are checking them out, as I will be sharing them often. It’s going to be an exciting next few months, and I really hope you join us on this amazing journey.
Today, in honor to start this “journey” the VEGAN CHICANO DOCTOR and I went on a beautiful hike
and enjoyed a delicious mexican home-cooked meal at the best kitchen in town, my mom’s. She made us some nopalitos with papas, black beans, rice, chilaquiles & a fresh salsa!! AMAZING! It was a perfect, unprocessed, but satisfying meal to start these next 30 days of RAW FOOD.
Time to “climb” to the top of that “mountain” & reach our goals! The time is now!!
