Two 10min Meals: NRGY Miso Kale Soup & NRGY Kale wrap

Lately I haven’t had a lot of time to cook elaborate meals, so I’ve been getting creative… hehe… I bought a ton of Organic Kale so here are two meals that include some yummy kale. Enjoy :)


NRGY Miso Kale Soup: (serves 2)


-7-8 stems of Kale


-Green Onions


-Wash the kale( I used about 7 stems of organic curly kale)

-Chop the kale ( I honestly just used my hands to shred it)

-chop a few green onion (i mainly used he green part)

-heat up about 2-3 cups of filtered water

-Once it gets warm add about 1/4 cup of miso (or more to your liking),

-Toss in the kale  let it cook for less than 4 mins.  (If 4mins isn’t enough to soften your kale then feel cook a few extra minutes)

-Before removing add the green onions

Serve & enjoy :)

**Of course, u can add your favorite veggies, chile, tofu, etc :)




NRGY Kale Wrap:


-2 cups of Kale

-Your favorite veggies (I  mainly used organic salad mix)

-1 large avocado

-Wholegrain Lavash bread or Tortilla

-Organic Salsa

-Nutritional Yeast (optional)


-Lightly steam Kale for a few minutes, 3 minutes top!

-Remove from heat & drain

-Heat up Lavash bread/Tortilla

-Slice avocado

-Build your wrap with your favorite veggies, salsa & sprinkle nutritional yeast!
