Siempre se me hace difícil encontrar una versión vegana, y mucho mas una sin azúcar procesada, así que tuve que aprender a hacer mi vercion en casa. Orinalmente la horchata lleva arroz blanco, leche, y azúcar procesada. Mi version es un poco más saludable pero todavia muy deliciosa.
